NetM3 provides Virtual CTO services, technology consulting, data-driven insights, and business intelligence tools including Edge Factor Intelligence. Services may change or be updated without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information.

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit our services or platform.

Any unauthorized use will result in termination of service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and intellectual property on this site are owned by NetM3 unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or platform.

6. Payment Terms

All invoices are due per the terms listed in the individual client agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. Termination

NetM3 may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
